By purchasing anything from The DJ House (.com) you agree to have read and understood the following terms and conditions of use.

Low Price Guarantee

The DJ House offers the guaranteed lowest prices on all DJ Equipment. We can do this with confidence because we sell our equipment at the lowest legal prices for all authorized dealers. If you buy from any dealer with prices lower than ours, the chances are that they are breaking the rules of the manufacturer, and all of the warranties and rebates on that item will be void. Not only do we sell our items with the lowest prices, but we also offer rebates which save you additional money on many items. All prices listed on this website are in US dollars.

Privacy Policy

The DJ House agrees not to sell or give out any of your personal information. All information is kept confidential. This information includes but is not limited to: E-mail Addresses, Names, Addresses, Phone Numbers, and Credit Card Information. Privacy is very important to us, and we want to insure the safety and protection of our customers. We do not store any credit card information to eliminate the possibility of any identity theft. We store addresses, phone numbers, and names in a very secure database. In the unlikely event that any of your personal information has been revealed to a third party, we will immediately let you know, and we will tell you what you should do to protect yourself from that third party.

Order Policy

Your order has been fully processed once you have received an online receipt via e-mail.* After your order is processed, it will ship out within the next one business day. To prevent fraudulent transactions, we may request additional confirmation for orders over $2,000. If we detect a fraudulent transaction, it will be canceled immediately, and you will not be charged. At that point, we will contact you to notify you about the transaction. Our anti-fraud detection system can sometimes be triggered if you have made multiple large purchases in a short period of time. If this is the case, we will guide you through the process of successfully placing an order with us.
*If your order is placed with PayPal, you may not receive an online receipt due to the fact that PayPal sends these emails immediately after the purchase is made.

Typographical Errors

We continuously review the content of our pages to ensure that there are minimal typographical errors, and therefore strongly encourage you to trust the information posted on all of our pages. However, these errors can occasionally occur, and if this happens, we take full responsibility. If a typographical error results in you wanting to return your item, we will pay for the postage to ship your item back, and we will also void the 25% restocking fee. Note: you must have a valid reason for returning the item. This means that the description needs to be inaccurate enough to affect your reason for purchasing the item. We will not void the return fees for such things as misspelled words or incorrect punctuation. If we notice that an item you've purchased from us is listed on our website at a price that is incorrect, and it results in you paying extra for your item, we will fully refund you the additional money that you were charged. Additionally, if an item is listed on our website lower than our actual price, we will request that you pay the additional money to compensate for the difference. If you do not wish to pay the additional fees, we will cancel your order and refund you in full. If you see a typographical error on any page, we would be very appreciative if you contact us to report it.

Return Policy

* Buyers must return all items within 30 days of delivery.
* Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped/processed.
* All items must be returned in their original shipping containers and packaging.
* The buyer must pay for the postage to ship the item back to The DJ house.
* A 25% restocking fee will be charged on all returned items.
Note: the above Return Policy does not apply to items that are being returned due to defects or damages. *See warranty information*

Rebates

Rebates are offered to save you additional money on your items if they are already listed at their MAP (minimum legal price that they can be advertised as). Although our rebates are considered Mail-In Rebates, you can claim them instantly without even filling out a form. Just e-mail us at info@thedjhouse.com and give us your information along with what item you ordered, and we will refund you for the amount of the rebate.
Restrictions
* Your purchase must be made while the rebate is being offered on that item.
* You must pay the price that the item is listed for on our website in one payment.
* We must receive your request for the rebate within 45 days of your purchase of the item (whether it be a print-out form or e-mail).
* All print-out rebate forms must be filled out completely and correctly.
* We will only send checks to the original billing address that was used for the purchase of the item.

Warranty Information

The DJ House does not offer any type of warranty on any of our items. However, it is possible that your items are under a manufacturer's warranty, and in that case we will assist you and do our best to make sure the return is as easy and smooth as possible.

Processing

All orders are processed within 24-48 hours of submission. We try to process as fast as possible, but our processing is done on a "first-come first-served" basis. However, by adding rush processing to your order, you will be placed above all of those who don't order it. Orders that have rush processing included typically process within 1-2 hours (sometimes immediately).

Shipping

* The DJ House offers free shipping within the 48 states on many items.
* The DJ House ships via 1-4 business day ground shipping for orders within the 48 states, and for international orders 6-10 business day airmail is used.
* The DJ House ships with DHL by default for all orders within the 48 states. USPS or FedEx is used for all international orders.
* Shipping rates depend on the weight of the item. The heavier the item, the more it costs to ship. It is the same rate to ship anywhere in the 48 states.
* If an item is on back order, the customer will not be charged for that item until it is available.
* After an item is shipped, a tracking number will be provided where you can check the status and location of your item.
International Orders
Unfortunately, The DJ House cannot ship international orders for free because your order will be shipped via USPS. If you live outside of the 48 states, we recommend contacting us before you purchase the item to confirm what the shipping cost is to ship your item to your area.

Payment Options

The DJ House accepts the following forms of payment: Credit Card, Check/Money Order, Google Checkout, PayPal, Wire Transfer. For *most international orders, credit cards are not accepted for security reasons. All check/money orders must be paid in US Dollars. For all wire transfers, the buyer must pay the fees (usually around $25.00).

and we expect our buyers to be verified as well. We do not accept payments through PayPal if the buyer is not verified.
For users who would like to pay with their credit card, it is preferred that you pay via Google Checkout. This protects both The DJ House and the buyer against any type of fraud. However, if you do not wish to make a Google account, we do have our own credit card terminal through which you can pay.
