Privacy Policy The DJ House takes your privacy very seriously, and ensures all customers of safety. We do everything we can to keep any of your private information virtually impossible to be intercepted by an outside source. We respect the privacy of all customers and go through extreme measures to keep you as safe as possible.

Stored Information

We do not store any personal information until a purchase is made through our secure processing system. At this point we will store the customer's: full name, billing/shipping address, phone number, price of order (including subtotal, tax, rebates, and discounts), coupons used, items purchased, and time and date of purchase. This information is stored in a very secure database and can be removed if the buyer requests. All personal information is stored in a completely different database than the public information (such as our items), which makes it virtually impossible to access any personal information from any public page.

Collection of Information

We collect buyers' personal information only through our secure SSL page. This page uses 256 bit encryption to ensure that any outside sources won't be able to intercept information. We do not collect any personal information outside of this page. We may collect information while you are in the process of filling it out your form in order to update certain aspects of a page or to assist you with your order. Our analytics team will collect non-personal information from your browser to improve our website (see below). Note: we also may collect your email address through our contact form if you choose to fill it out.

Third Parties

We will never rent, sell, share, or distribute your personal information in any way to a third party. We only store this information for the convenience of our customers and our employees (to check order status and make updates). Credit card information is never stored in any of our databases, and only our order-processing department has access to our users' personally identifiable information. They will only access this information when necessary (for reasons such as assisting a customer or tracking a package). Your address will only be made available to the company responsible for shipping your items to you (usually UPS, USPS, or FedEx). No personally identifiable information will be distributed to any third party that is unrelated to the purpose for which it was collected.

Non-Personal Information

At times, we will monitor the browsers, countries, native languages, traffic sources, screen resolutions, operating systems, time spent on site, search terms, and other technical information of our visitors. We don't consider any of this information personal, as none of it can be used to identify someone. We only collect this information to improve the services and products of our website, and we still do not share this information with third parties.
